I remember a CEO of a large company once looking into my bright shiny “I want to take over the world” eyes and saying, ”You’re in the honeymoon phase.”
Well, it’s been 2+ years and the honeymoon of life is still going strong.
Don’t get me wrong- there have been ups and downs and bloody hell some days are hard.
But when I can close my eyes at night (or try to despite the excitement of wanting to stay up until I pass out with my laptop on the bed), and think…
HOT DAMN I CONTRIBUTED TO LIFE TODAY. In a positive way. It feels damn good.
This is LIFE folks.
